Established since 2019 in Authon and located at 1200 meters high, I grow aromatic and medicinal plants, small fruits and do some wild plants picking. At the farm,I transform those plants into pesto, jams, cordials and herbal teas.

My cultures are diversified, that is to say that I cultivate a large number of plants on a small surface. You will find in my garden aromatics with medicinal and tasty virtues : mint, lemon balm, lovage, sage, agastache, basil, savory, oregano...
But also flowers to add colors to my herbal teas: cornflower, mallow, marigold, Monarda...
As well as delicious red fruits: raspberries, currants, blackcurrants...
To complete my crops, I also do wild picking in the surrounding mountains. Using...
