[Recipe]: Anchoïade

A typical Mediterranean speciality, Anchoïade, made with creamed anchovies, is often enjoyed as an aperitif dip with toasted bread or raw vegetables, topped with a delicious ray of sunshine!

Preparation

  1. Strain the anchovies, mash with a fork or mix in a blender
  2. Add the crushed garlic, vinegar and olive oil
  3. Add pepper to taste and mix well
  4. Serve on slices of toasted baguette or with raw vegetables
