Pick your favourite terrace or pore over the menus of the town’s many restaurants offering a variety of moods and dishes. Le Gaudissart boasts gorgeous views over the “Chapeau de Gendarme“, plus mouth-watering beef stew and tripe & trotters. Master Restauranteur Christophe at Le Cheval Blanc concocts delicious dishes with fresh seasonal produce. And in summer, you can visit the farmer’s market every Monday, or head over to Barcelonette’ssemi-covered market every Wednesday and Saturday morning to stock up on fresh produce.
