Monuments and heritage
We invite you to admire the castle. Rebuilt in 1800, it hosts exhibitions during the summer season. You can also stroll through the narrow streets of the village, and admire the facades of the old houses. While walking around the village, you can also admire the medieval ramparts of Sillans la Cascade, which have been completely renovated. The church of Saint Etienne, built in the Middle Ages and enlarged in the 19th century, has a beautiful ochre colour and a pretty bell tower.
You can also visit the Cistercian abbey of Le Thoronet, located about 30 km south-east of Sillans-la-Cascade.
