The historical heritage of Pertuis

A visit to the old town of Pertuis reveals a magnificent historical heritage.

The church of Saint-Nicolas was built between the 15th and 16th centuries. Its architecture is typical of the late Middle Ages in Provence.

The Saint-Jacques tower is the last remaining tower of the ancient ramparts.

The façade of the house known as Reine Jeanne (Queen Jeanne’s House) is both elegant and mysterious: who was Queen Jeanne named after?

The 12th-century keep now houses the Pertuis Tourist Office.
