Taken over in 2022 by a Tropezian and his wife, Allo Pizza St-Tropez is above all a human and passionate adventure.

After a genuine professional reconversion, this Italian gastronomy-loving couple decided to give a new soul to this not-to-be-missed address on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Driven by the desire to offer authentic, generous pizzas, they trained in Turin and Naples to perfect their skills and find the perfect balance: light, soft and deliciously crispy dough. Their flour recipe, made exclusively for them in an Italian mill, reflects this constant quest for quality and authenticity. At Allo Pizza, every pizza is baked over a wood fire and prepared with fresh produce, carefully selected to offer sincere, gourmet flavours. From traditional recipes to homemade creations, the couple share their passion every day with simplicity and conviviality.
