The de Gallifet restaurant opens its doors for the summer season from late May to early October. Each year, a different chef-in-residence takes up residence in the mansion's kitchen, offering a deliberately short, ultra-local menu featuring products selected from local farmers, fishermen and artisans.
Some fruits, plants and vegetables come directly from their own kitchen garden. At lunchtime, the menu changes according to the harvest, the season and the market. In the evening, a fixed five-course menu offers a weekly selection of different dishes.
