The Gallifet art center restaurant is set in a 500m2 garden a stone's throw from the Cours Mirabeau.
Each year, a different chef-in-residence takes up residence in the mansion's kitchen, offering a short and ultra-local menu.
The Gallifet restaurant opens its doors for the summer season from May 29 to September 27. This year, chefs Lisa Desforges and Bruno Hammerle are taking over the kitchen of the mansion.
Deliberately concise and ultra-local, the menu showcases ingredients sourced from local farmers, fishermen, and artisans. Some fruits, herbs, and vegetables come directly from our gardens.
At lunch, the menu changes according to the harvest and the chefs’ inspiration. In the afternoon, a selection of savory and sweet snacks is available until 6 p.m. For dinner, a five-course set menu allows you to enjoy different dishes each week.
