- Like all of the Domaine's activities, Jardin de Berne is committed to the environment. The choice of sustainable gastronomy implies an eco-responsible and well-considered management approach, promoting organic and local produce. Here, chefs play the very short-circuit card thanks to the estate's countless riches: 3,000 m² of organic vegetable garden offering vegetables, berries, fruit, aromatic plants and flowers, 4,000 olive trees from which the estate's oil is made, 150 ha of organically farmed vines. These vast, bee-friendly grounds are also used for eco-pasture to raise cattle, sheep and goats.
