Le Relais du Mercantour is a great success story. Maryse, who founded the bistro in 2005, and her son Benoît, who took over the kitchen in 2013, form an inseparable duo. Driven by the same passion, they have turned this Bistrot de Pays into an atypical and dynamic place, anchored in an ecological and responsible approach (Mercantour Ecotourism label).
