As a passionate chocolatier, it was in 2014 that Jean-Benoît Truchot decided to launch a range of modern, handcrafted chocolates that intensely delight the taste buds of even more gourmands, "Chocolat T" being the name he gave it.
His motto is "Striving for excellence through the pleasure of the senses", says Jean-Benoît. As proof, "Chocolat Demi Sphère", "Les p'tites cuillères" or "Eclats de chocolats Fantaisie", the young chocolatier spends his time developing original recipes in his gourmet laboratory in his region.
With a taste for travel, he also travels around the Vaucluse region in his trusty HY Citroën truck, selling his sweet treats. It's also at numerous fairs, markets and shows that he proposes recipes made entirely with natural, quality products.
Since December 10, 2022, a store with a beautiful front and a majestic door has opened in the small town of Valréas, where you can find his products in a fixed and elegant way.
But also in Sérignan-du-Comtat at 5 cours Jean-Henri FABRE, where the first store is located.
Jean-Benoît's choice of profession is no accident, as he has been immersed in the world of catering since childhood. A well-chosen decision since today his passion is recognized nationally and was even rewarded at the famous Chocolate Awards ceremony at the Salon du Chocolat 2016 in Paris.
