The craftsmen’s workshops of the Détours Savoir-Faire network

Thanks to a wide palette of workshops all over the territory of Vidourle Camargue, from Sommières to Le Grau du Roi and Calvisson, Vauvert and Aigues-Mortes, local craftsmanship and know-how are available to everyone with the Réseau Détours Savoir-Faire. Want to learn to make the most delicious recipes from the Gard, a custom lamp, a leather accessory or a deco pouf? With a passionate craftsman, everything is possible, fun… and even easy?! Our favourite course is the Raku one, an incredible moment where the magic of earth and fire comes to life. And what we also love is picking, cooking and eating in the vegetable garden with Saveurs de Bourgarel. And also making our own knives in Alexandre’s eco-workshop. With their eyes peeled, some of you are watching the stages in roasting coffee, distilling organic essential oils or a potter’s demonstration, while the greediest among you are guzzling grand cru chocolates, brewed beers on the spot and jam by an award-winning craftsman. Quite a programme.
