Shopping list for your raspberry sorbet
500 g raspberries
50 cl water
250 g cane sugar
50 g agar
Recipe
Pour the cane sugar into a bowl, add the agar and mix
Pour the preparation into the simmering water and stir
Add the raspberries, cover with the liquid preparation then blend
Check the preparation using a sorbetometer and add sugar if necessary
Pour the preparation into a sorbet or ice cream maker and switch on
