Shopping list for your raspberry sorbet
- 500 g raspberries
- 50 cl water
- 250 g cane sugar
- 50 g agar
Recipe
- Pour the cane sugar into a bowl, add the agar and mix
- Pour the preparation into the simmering water and stir
- Add the raspberries, cover with the liquid preparation then blend
- Check the preparation using a sorbetometer and add sugar if necessary
- Pour the preparation into a sorbet or ice cream maker and switch on
