38th edition of this traditional festival!
Through the traditional carts, visitors will discover the skills and trades of days gone by: seed sowers, washerwomen, olive pickers, lace makers, wool spinners, schoolteachers, fruit and vegetable vendors—not to mention work in the vegetable garden, the barnyard, and the kitchen. Highlights of this year’s event include: - The sale of 400 blessed loaves of bread - 2,000 free lavender sachets for the public On the schedule: Saturday, August 15, starting at 5:00 p.m. – Place Jean Jaurès FOLKLORIC DONKEY RIDE FOR CHILDREN hosted by Patrice Daniaud Sunday, August 16 At 8:15 a.m. – Espace Jean Callenes WELCOME BY THE FAVEYROLLES FESTIVAL COMMITTEE AND PRESSING OF THE NEW WINE At 10:00 a.m. - Place Victor Clément OUTDOOR MASS FOR SAINT ELOI with folk groups. Blessing of the loaves. At 5:30 p.m. – Downtown GRAND PARADE Entertainment featuring Provençal groups. Parade of horse-drawn carriages featuring more than 50 draft horses—including Comtois, Percherons, and Bretons—as well as donkeys and mules. Free admission and parking
