Description
Martigues organizes this Argentine tango ball around terraces, bars and restaurants in a magical place adjoining the bird mirror: the Place de la Libération, on a resin floor ideal for dancers.
Tangeras y tangeros, your ball tango evenings are coming back this summer!
The milonga is the dance at the origin of the tango rioplatense (mouth of the Rio de la Plata, Buenos Aires and Montevideo) but it is also the name of the place in which the tango ball takes place.
The tango called Argentinian as opposed to the tango of salon or musette is a ballroom dance, improvisation for two, based on walking and listening to music.
The dancers on the track move and rotate smoothly and homogeneously in the direction of the ball so that there is a collective energy in which all participate.
Many spectators come to watch the dancers for the pleasure of the eyes and listen to this century-old music which continues to make the world dance today.
