Saturday, May 23, 2026, from 2pm to 7pm, Villa les Camélias opens its doors to literary enthusiasts!
"Les Auteurs au Jardin" is a free event organized with the support of Cap d'Ail town council and the "Mots en Marge" bookshop.
Signings, workshops and round tables.
Round tables moderated by Nathalie Iris, bookseller and columnist.
Novels, thrillers, children's books, history and heritage.
The museum will be open free of charge on this day, allowing visitors to discover the permanent exhibition Ramiro Arrue.
PROGRAM
2:30 pm - 3 pm: Visit and talk as part of the Nuit des Musées, "La Belle Époque à la Villa les Camélias" by Hélène Bonafous.
2.30pm - 4pm: Children's workshop/lecture - "The spider, from fear to fascination" by Cécile Miraglio
Based on her book L'araignée, children discover the secrets of this small predator: anatomy, webs, hunting methods and reproduction. Naturalistic observation.
Ages 6 and up. Registration required.
Piano demonstrations throughout the afternoon
6 pm - 6:30 pm: Tour-conference as part of the Nuit des Musées, "La Belle Époque à la Villa les Camélias" by Hélène Bonafous.
