Learn the art of wine blending alongside the winemaker at Château Pas du Cerf, during an authentic and friendly workshop. Under the same conditions as the family blending session held every year at the estate, discover this essential stage in the creation of a wine. Learn to recognise the influence of each grape variety, try out different combinations of cuvées and create your own blend. Offered as part of the Vignobles en Scène programme, this workshop provides a better understanding of the winemaker’s choices and the balance sought to create a wine. This activity is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Free car park. Amusez-vous products are on sale exclusively at your tourist offices in La Londe les Maures, Cuers, Collobrières and Pierrefeu du Var. By prior arrangement.
