Organized by the Comité d'animation Sambuten in collaboration with the Sambuc school association and Café du Sambuc.
Afternoon and evening festivities
from 4pm, carnival parade through the village, followed by the caramantran judging in the square.
Then, at 5:30pm, a grand open-air lotto for the fête votive, a carretón encierro for the little ones at 8:30pm, an encierro for the big ones at 9pm, and a carnival party at the Café du Sambuc!
