The Hautes-Alpes département is closing its major mountain passes to motorised traffic, reserving them for cyclists. On 16 July, it's the turn of the Col de Moissière. It's free, there's no registration and it's open to all, with free refreshments!
This summer, cycling fans can realise their dream in complete safety, following in the footsteps of the champions: the climbs of the legendary cols and resorts are closed to motorised traffic and reserved for cyclists in the morning.
