From Duke to Monk, from Louis Armstrong to Ornette Coleman, from America to Africa, Giacchi-Meridiano's deep roots in the art are sublimated by Ghio's dizzying playing.
With an extraordinary range of expression, from gentle swaying to devastating swing, from soothing serenity to frenetic bubbling: what can emerge from this encounter? Nothing less than excitement, surprise, exaltation, movement, life; in short, constantly renewed joy.
