With "Chick to Chick", Lionel Dandine opens up a space of memory and celebration in tribute to Chick Corea, an emblematic figure of modern jazz and a tireless explorer of musical frontiers.
His septet echoes the master's legacy through arrangements that embrace the full breadth of his universe: the dazzling freedom of jazz, the fiery surges of '70s jazz-rock and the sensuality of Latin rhythms.
Around Lionel Dandine's piano and keyboards, a constellation of virtuoso musicians. And, to crown this voyage, the bewitching voice of lyric singer Mélody Louledjian adds a new dimension to this tribute.
