Description
In partnership with Isabelle Castanier - Art Gallery, as part of the annual "Une maison à Saint-Tropez" exhibition from June 6 to July 30.
Discover geometric shapes and create ephemeral architectures with Dépli. This flexible, pleated textile construction set with multiple modules invites you to freely assemble, stack and nest.
Juliette Berthonneau is a French textile designer, currently resident at the Bureau du Design, de la Mode et des Métiers d'art in Paris. She develops innovative three-dimensional textile materials for interior design, architecture and art. Juliette explores the poetic relationship between transformable space, human movement, haptic perception and textile behavior. She questions the contrasts between volume and lightness, as well as solidity and softness.
In this workshop, the artist takes participants on a sensory voyage of discovery through the playful manipulation of innovative fabrics. Through the textures, volumes and transparency of the material, everyone is free to experiment.
In partnership with Isabelle Castanier, artistic director of the annual art & design exhibition "Une maison à Saint-Tropez", which she organizes in her family home. The event showcases the talents of emerging and established designers and brings together art lovers and collectors from around the world, while enriching the cultural life of the region.
Led by artist-designer Juliette Berthonneau
