The dinner is by Coteaux & Fourchette: chef Cyril Glémot will propose a meal that will introduce you to the wines of Clos Verquière as you've never tasted them before.
MENU
- Aperitif: tuna ceviche with timut pepper and lime, lobster bisque espuma with cowbawa, sesame crackers, duck foie gras navettes cooked in salt, pineapple chutney.
- Starter: beef carpaccio cannelloni, cauliflower remoulade with smoked duck breast, pistou and parmesan.
- Main course: lamb shoulder confit with tapenade, ratatouille bulgur and reduced jus.
-Dessert: cocoa cookie, Andoa and Griottines dark chocolate ganache, cocoa nib tuile.
