Description
A number of educational workshops are being organised at Château de Montauban over the summer, with 7 different themes focusing on the Middle Ages and Alphonse Daudet.
- The medieval games, after a phase of practicing the melule game, children make their own game and form clay pawns
- Daudet tells me a story, After the reading of Mr. Seguin’s Chèvre, the children play with their imagination to find another destiny for Blanchette
- the Daudet poetic herbarium, the workshop allows children to immerse themselves in the poetic and vegetal universe of Daudet and realize a small literary herbarium
- the Art of stained glass, children get acquainted with the technique of stained glass and its use then make a stained glass on colored paper
- Fantasy animals Fantasy animals: children discover the medieval bestiary, populated by hybrid and mythological animals and create their own imaginary animal.
- Make your own castle. The children cut out shapes which, once coloured in, glued together and assembled, will form a castle!
- Le Moulin de Daudet: A Pop-Up Trip Children cut, paste, colour and assemble a pop-up that forms a relief scene around the Daudet mill
