The Mouriès Green Olive Festival is listed as part of France’s Intangible Cultural Heritage, in recognition of its promotion of high-quality craftsmanship and an exceptional product: the ‘olive cassée’ PDO from the Vallée des Baux. CELEBRATIONS THROUGHOUT THE VILLAGE – REGIONAL MARKET – EXHIBITIONS Aioli and cracked olive competitions, entertainment by folk dance and music groups, a craft market, a car boot sale, the Green Olives Mass, a grand Provençal parade, musical performances, a Camargue-style horse race… Mark the date in your diaries!
