European Heritage Days in Paradou

The Municipality of Le Paradou is offering a range of activities to help you discover Le Paradou’s heritage: Saturday 19 September: - Guided tour of the Tours de Castillon site. With Sébastien Corniot, archaeologist and PhD student, and Dominique Valadier from the Terre des Baux association. Meet at 9.00 am directly at the site. - Contemporary dance performance ‘L’ingénue sorcière’, performed by Aurore Indaburu (Compagnie Kelemenis) Two performances: 11.00 am at the Saint-Éloi Oratory and 4.00 pm in the Town Hall square. Duration: 11 mins - Season opener for the Muzicatreize Association’s choirs: two events will be hosted by the vocal ensemble “Les Vallonés” 5.30 pm to 7 pm, Salle de la Treille: singing workshop for all (duration: 1 hour 30 minutes, no experience required, registration by email) 8.15 pm, Paradou Church: concert “Par le vivant” Sunday 20 September: Family quiz/competition to discover the heritage of Le Paradou, organised by the Terre des Baux Association. Starts at 9.30 am from the vicarage; collection of the quiz booklet. Ends at 12.30 pm with arrival at the town hall and submission of the booklet. Please bring a pencil or pen. No prior registration required Duration of the walk: between 1 hour and 1 hour 30 minutes Saint-Martin’s Church will be open in the morning from 9.30 am to 11.30 am
