"Racines" explores what came before us, what shapes us, and what connects us. Through a series of eight photographs, Charles de la Horie explores the role of roots in our ever-changing world. Each image stems from a personal account: artists, public figures, and ordinary people answer the same questions—where do we come from? What keeps us standing? What do we need to pass on to our children to build the future?
