Description

Patrick Searle's exhibition "Timeless and Temporal Time" features a collection of photographs and artist's books exploring the memory of places and the passage of time.
Through an autofiction approach, the artist puts the history of the city of Arles—including some of its neighborhoods and surrounding landscapes—into perspective. Her works invite each viewer to develop their own interpretation, creating connections between the past, the present, and the future. Blurring the lines between contemporary photography and art publishing, this exhibition offers a sensitive look at Arles’ heritage, where images become a medium for memories, emotions, and personal interpretations. Presented at the Atelier de La Grande Vitrine, this exhibition is open from July 6 to 12, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. An opening reception will be held on July 8 at 6:00 p.m., with the artist in attendance.
