Festa de la Sant Bertoumiéu

Originally, the Sant Bertoumiéu was a large fair where residents would meet producers and artisans from the Moyen-Pays and Haut-Pays regions. Historically, this festive day was held in honor of Saint Bartholomew, the patron saint of butchers, tanners, and bookbinders. Today, the City carries on the tradition by organizing a festive day that celebrates local products, local producers and artisans, Nice’s traditional skills, traditions, and music—and, above all, the close bond between Nice and its hinterland.
