Description
Join a collaborative sculpture workshop in Breil-sur-Roya. Create a wind-powered mobile sculpture alongside artists and the Atelier Rural. The piece will be showcased at the Plein Air #6 festival.
As part of the Plein Air #6 festival, Anne-Laure Wuillai and Tom Barbagli, in collaboration with Atelier Rural, invite people of all ages to participate in the sculpture workshop “Le souffle et l’onde.”
Over the course of five mornings, participants will help create a wind-powered mobile sculpture, which will then be displayed at the wash house on Place Rousse in Breil-sur-Roya during the festival. Through the assembly of taut strings, weights, plants, and minerals, everyone will take part in a collective work exploring balance, movement, and interactions with natural elements.
Inspired by the breath of the wind and the ripples of water, this creation will give rise to shifting, ephemeral forms, evoking the vibrations and landscapes of the valley.
