St. John's Day is the annual rendezvous of the people of St. Jean, an opportunity to share memorable moments, perpetuate traditions and gather around the village colors of yellow and blue, and the sailor's jersey in homage to the sea.
Friday, June 19, 2026 7pm - MANJUCA Rendezvous for a festive, traditional meal to the rhythm of the "Lu Barbalùcou" band. Followed by an evening of dancing by "D'JAY". Theater on the Sea Sunday June 21, 2026 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm - FESTIVE AFTERNOON A fun-filled atmosphere with inflatables, water games and challenges for friends. These beach games are sure to delight the little ones! Ages 3 and up - swimsuits recommended. Children are the responsibility of their parents. Free access Beach Cros deï Pin 4:00 pm - POINTUS RACE Traditional (and fun) pointus race to admire and encourage from the Cros deï Pin beach and off the Maurice Rouvier promenade. With the participation of the UPPSJ association. Location: Cros deï Pin beach 6.00 pm to 11.30 pm - L'APÉRO DES FRENCHY For this year's Fête de la Musique, the Apéro des Frenchy will be decked out in the colors of Saint-Jean. On the program: live DJs to the rhythm of French chanson hits from the 50s to the present day. From Charles Aznavour to Indochine, via Céline Dion, Claude François, IAM and Larusso. A Frenchy village awaits you, with local service providers offering on-site catering. Food, mates, good wine and the best in French music for a 100% festive evening! Dress code: Marinière Théâtre sur la Mer (access from the tête carrée terrace via Place Clemenceau). Departing from Avenue des Fleurs, lantern-lit descent to the old lighthouse. The boat "La Sirène" will welcome families for a wreath-laying ceremony at the entrance to the port. 10:00 pm - Midsummer bonfires St. John's bonfires are a long-standing tradition, with a large bonfire lit for the occasion, around which the villagers gather. It's customary for young men to jump over the fire once it's consumed. Saint Jean-Baptiste church square 10:30 pm - FIREWORKS Enjoy a breathtaking view of this superb fireworks display from the harbor restaurants, the village or the Cros deï Pin beach.
