Description
This fair will showcase local skills; beekeepers, cheesemakers, and artisans from the region will be there to delight you! Many activities will, be proposed all the day for both children and adults!
Program :
This high-quality event has once again been awarded the "Vignoble et découverte" label by Atout France, and is one of the year's unmissable gourmet events.
For the 2026 event, some 30 beekeepers, goatherds, winemakers, craftsmen and artists will be on hand in the heart of the village to introduce you to a wide range of local products: honeys and their derivatives, pastries, cheeses, yoghurts, ice creams, olive oil, wines, cosmetics, candles, animal sculptures and textile creations...
Thanks to our partnership with local radio station Ici Provence, five baskets filled with local produce will be up for grabs.
Numerous free events and surprises await our visitors:
- The folk group "La Fuvello" will liven up the day with musical dances and traditional costumes.
- The "Apimobile", a giant showcase, will enable Jean-Jacques Malet, beekeeper at the "Miellerie Sainte Victoire" in Fuveau, to introduce you to the world of bees and the work of the hive.
- A honey bar where you can taste and discuss different honeys with Marie-Josée.
* Nature" activities for children organized by GAEC la Nourrice de Fuveau. On the program: melliferous plants and auxiliary insects, games and quizzes, making seed bombs, planting "zero waste" melliferous vegetables or flowers.
- Children can enjoy pony rides from the Rousselle Equitation stable (booking required, €2 per ride).
- Four stilt-walkers (beekeeper, bees and flower) from Garéoult's "Aquéou Canailles Cirquécole" will stroll through the village on juggling and unicycles....
- A coloring booth for children, organized by the Tourist Office.
- Goats from Trets' "Pastorale du Regagnas" will be on hand.
- Chef Paul BOSCA (a disciple of Escoffier) will host a pastry-making competition open to adults and children.
- Ferme du Soleil 13" from Trets will be on hand with farm animals.
* An exhibition of creations by children from the Ouvière nursery school on the theme of bees and goats.
A picnic area will be set up on the boulevard Emile Loubet for all to enjoy. The village's restaurateurs, bakers and shopkeepers will also be open for the occasion, offering tasty local produce!
