Grave Y Cîmes Mountain Festival

This gathering is such a great experience to start your journey in mountaineering and climbing. Several exercises are organised on the Girose glacier, at 3200 meters above sea level. To get there, you use the cable cars of Les Téléphériques des Glaciers de la Meije leading you closer to renowned peaks in the Ecrins massif. Nonetheless, the base camp is at La Grave village hall.
Mountaineering professionals will adapt to the different demand and the level of practise in order to welcome beginners and more experienced one. Together, with your group, you will be able to choose the different activities you want to do. This weekend is a real chance! Indeed, being in the company of a professional can create a solid base to your experience and get you motivated to learn more!

The maximum number of registrations is 100 participants in order to guarantee optimal reception.

* REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

- A pitch for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday nights) on one La Grave campsites. Please stop by the FFME stand BEFORE setting up your camp. Laurence will tell you which campsite you can stay in.
- Two ski lift accesses “La Grave – les Ruillans 3200m”;
- Participation in workshops on the Girose glacier;
- Saturday evening meal;
- Saturday & Sunday: participation in various activities;
- Equipment loans and trials.

* REGISTRATION DETAILS :

- On the FFME website with online payment (with presentation on the day of the event of the medical certificate for non-licensees);

- By mail including: check (order FFME) + registration form + medical certificate from Laurence Vauthier.

- Please note, for the Dôme de la Lauze and Col de la Girose exits, there are a limited number of places. The order of arrival of registrations will define the people who can participate. If you register online, please send an email to Laurence Vauthier if you wish to register for one of the two outings. Routes may vary depending on conditions.

In order to schedule the most suitable logistics, registration before June the 10th is strongly recommanded.
