Eva Marc'h - Born in Paris and trained at the Ateliers des Beaux-Arts de Paris, Eva Marc'h's work is instinctive, dominated by color, material and the energy of gesture. Driven from the outset by an acute sensitivity to pictorial movement and rhythm, she initially explored a figurative approach. Gradually, her practice evolved towards an expressionist abstract figurative style, where shapes and silhouettes dissipated in favor of a freer, more symbolic and vibrant language. Her work is built on a back-and-forth between intuition and emotion,
spontaneity of line, chromatic depth and the emergence of almost narrative signs. For her, the canvas becomes a space of direct expression, where the sensitive takes precedence over the descriptive, and where each color seems to translate an inner impulse. Her painting explores the quest for self, feminine identity, the place of the human being in a changing world and the relationship between man and the universe. Between matter, energy and gesture, her works seek harmony between consciousness and transcendence. Her approach,
questions freedom, identity and our relationship with the world. She emphasizes the strength and power of NATURE. Since 2004, EVAMARC'H has had 21 solo exhibitions and participated in over 16 group shows in France, Italy, New York and Dubai.
