Beyond its phenomenal public success and an aesthetic that has marked generations, the music of Weather Report reveals a body of work of impressive richness, dominated by two exceptional composers: Wayne Shorter and Joe Zawinul, later joined by the meteoric bassist Jaco Pastorius. “The Weather Acoustic”, bringing together Samy Thiébault (saxophone) and Émilie Aridon-Kociolek (piano), revisits in an intimate and fully acoustic format the emblematic compositions of this legendary group, transforming them to better reveal their richness and timeless character.

With The Guesthouse, Shaï Maestro—revealed alongside Avishai Cohen and now one of the leading pianists on the international jazz scene—opens a new chapter: a quartet blending acoustic and electronic elements, driven by the same freedom and intensity that make his concerts rare experiences.
“The Guesthouse speaks about collaboration, inclusion, and the very essence of hospitality,” Maestro says. “It is my most ambitious project to date, both sonically and compositionally.” This open house becomes a metaphor for dialogue and sharing.
