From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.: "Secrets of Val d'Escreins" scavenger hunt—Essential oils workshop—Survival bracelet making
From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.: Exhibition on wild plants and traditional knowledge of the Hautes-Alpes
From 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.: Fun and creative “Ludo Nature” workshop
From 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.: Scientific landscape interpretation with TALA MEDIATION—intro to archery
From 4:00 to 4:30 p.m.: Complimentary snack
From 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.: Scientific immersion in “Little Canada” Varsinc (Scientific landscape interpretation) running continuously (ages 5 and up). Take a moment to reflect and discover the valley’s natural heritage. With the help of a spotting scope, binoculars, and guides, you’ll feel like a scientist!
From 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Exhibition on wild plants and folk knowledge of the Hautes-Alpes with Les Coll Buissonnière. They’re beautiful, edible, medicinal, toxic…But you can also weave them, make toys, musical instruments, and paintings with them… Witches believed they possessed 1,000 magical powers. Come discover them, identify them, and even taste the best ones!
From 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.: Scavenger hunt “The Secrets of the Val d’Escreins” (ages 5 and up). During this workshop, you’ll be invited to uncover the secrets of this valley along an easy walk dotted with riddles and games! Fauna, flora, geology, hydrology, history… An afternoon of fun science for young and old alike!
