Description
Visit and discovery of the Vauban fortifications, World Heritage, in the company of guide-lecturers from the Briançon Heritage Department.
After a 25-minute climb on a stony path, you will reach the small redoubt designed by Vauban to prevent the enemy from positioning themselves on a flat area overlooking the town. Built between 1709 and 1712, it was transformed into a real fort in the 19th century.
The guide reserves the right to cancel or interrupt any visit if necessary for the safety of visitors.

There is no public water or toilet in the fort during the winter months. Please bring clothes and shoes suitable for the mountains.
