Jean-Pierre Jaubert has developed a passion for the Napoleonic refuges in the Hautes-Alpes department. He will recount the history of the refuge at the Col du Noyer.

This refuge is one of those built by Napoleon, although its architecture is simpler due to a lack of financial resources. Drawing on a wealth of documents, he will bring to life the people who lived there or frequented the site, starting with its caretakers.
