After winning multiple competitions in the ACI category, he auditioned for *Star Academy* in 2006, which he passed; this became a true turning point in his career, which he now dedicates to songwriting. After opening for several artists, he embarked on his first tour following the recording of his debut album under the guidance of Michael Jones, who believed strongly in him. A lover of the stage and country music, he spent several years writing a second album produced by Francis Cabrel’s label in Astaffort, which particularly appreciated his work and the vocal resemblance to Francis Cabrel. Laurent Chanadet surrounds himself with top-notch musicians. The rhythm section is anchored by Damien Plagnol, a metronomic drummer, and Patrick Montoya, who brings an incredible groove. Rounding out the ensemble are Guiom Régnier, a renowned keyboardist, and Rémy Graceffa, an exceptional guitarist. As the icing on the cake, the two backup singers, Carolyn and Kate Alyson, use their soft, precise voices to create an atmosphere worthy of the greatest acoustic concerts.
