One Tuesday a month, the Maison de la Poésie offers a convivial evening, Les Mardis des épicuriens, hosted by Romain Cas, poet, musician and slammer.
The evening is divided into two parts, with an interval around the bar, where drinks and nibbles are served.
The aim of these evenings is to encourage conviviality and exchange between participants. Everyone is welcome to write their own texts, whether slam, poetry, song or prose.
But if you're not a writer yourself, you can read texts you like and want to share, or just listen.
You're here to express yourself, whatever your age, regardless of genre, with no professional or amateur preconceptions. There's no value judgement, just a space for free expression where everyone can find their place and be heard.
