For this new season, Terre Ugo partners with Gueuleton Rotisserie PACA to create an extraordinary event: a unique series of four summer dinners, in the heart of organic lavender fields, set in the natural and enchanting scenery of the Aix countryside.
Get ready to experience a rare gastronomic event, where local cuisine takes on the appearance of a feast. Spectacular cooking, exceptional products, perfect pairings... each banquet will be a living tribute to gastronomy, in a friendly and memorable atmosphere.
Enjoy the artistic performance of Arnold d'Alger, founder of the creative studio Grand Soleil. Specialist in drawing, ceramics, gold leaf gilding, and decorative arts.
For each of the 4 dates, the menu evolves to offer a unique tasting experience. Designed to follow the rhythm of the seasons and the estate's inspirations, each menu highlights seasonal products and offers a renewed discovery at every event.

● Start of the evening: Aperitif : A friendly moment, imagined facing the lavender fields, to awaken the senses in a warm and authentic atmosphere.
● Three-course dinner : The evening then continues at the table with a three-course meal: a dish also available in a vegetarian version upon request, followed by cheese and then dessert. Each creation is carefully crafted in the spirit of generous, seasonal cuisine.
