Les Floralpines 2026 - exposition de fleurs sauvages du Queyras

The exhibition brings together in a single space over 300 plants collected the day before in different environments of the Queyras (from adret to marshy areas, from silica to limestone, and from montane to alpine). The plants are classified by family; a label indicates for each: species, family, habitat, biology and possible use. The exhibition is designed for hikers who want to learn how to tell the difference between arnica and doronicum, as well as for amateur botanists who want to deepen their knowledge. You'll learn to recognize and name hundreds of plants, and to distinguish between those that look alike. Tuesday, July 14: 3pm-6.30pm Wednesday, July 15: 10am-6.30pm Thursday, July 16: 10am-6.30pm - at 2pm: Guided tour of the exhibition: "Introduction to botany". Free admission. As part of the exhibition, a conference entitled "Colors and smells in flowers" will be held at the Abriès library on Wednesday July 15 at 8:15pm. The exhibition is organized by the Queyrassine Association "La pensée sauvage".
