Description
In a shaded public garden in the village of Saorge, the Arboris Café invites Sylvie Faye to lead a fun and poetic introductory workshop on mindfulness and its benefits, through the “pebble meditation” developed by Thich Nhat Hanh.
The facilitator will use her book *Les petits cailloux du bonheur* as a resource.
Four small pebbles represent four human qualities: freshness, strength, calm, and freedom. By imagining them, drawing them, and holding them in their hands, children learn to tune into their feelings and emotions, connect with nature, cultivate gratitude, and deepen their sense of presence in the world.
Parents or grandparents can enjoy a drink during the workshop, which is designed for children.
Space is limited; reservations are required!
All proceeds from the workshop will be donated to Arboris Café.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
