Synopsis: Korea. The 1930s, during Japanese colonial rule. A young woman (Sookee) is hired as a maid by a wealthy Japanese woman (Hideko), who lives in seclusion in a huge mansion under the thumb of a tyrannical uncle. But Sookee has a secret. With the help of a con artist posing as a Japanese count, they have other plans for Hideko…
