Description
The show that brings cassette tapes back into fashion! How to deal with conflict situations? An essential question that Amélie Poirier poses with finesse in this play aimed at younger audiences.
The relationship between body and objects is central to the creative process of the company Les Nouveaux Ballets du Nord-Pas de Calais. In Magnéééétique Face A, two dancers playfully become entangled in magnetic tapes to explore the complexities of relationships, friendship, competition, arguments, and reconciliation. Play, pause, stop, fast forward, rewind—the body language is inspired by the iconic functions of the cassette. In a colorful, imaginative world, the performers' bodies face each other as if in a dance battle. A true musical and choreographic playground and a charming story of friendship, a blend of fusion and emancipation!
Before and after the performance, children are invited to discover the cassette and its many uses through various interactive stations.
