Description
On July 10 and 11, 2026, Mas-Thibert will celebrate its traditions and way of life during two days of festivities organized by the Festival Committee.
In the heart of the Camargue, locals and visitors are invited to enjoy a festive atmosphere that blends local culture, family-friendly activities, and traditional performances. Friday will be dedicated to children, featuring Camargue-style games, fun introductory activities, a photography exhibition, a pétanque tournament, and a big evening celebration centered around the Committee’s traditional mouclade.
On Saturday, it’s time for “Old-Fashioned Day,” a true immersion in Camargue traditions. Abrivado, a traditional parade, Camargue horseback riding demonstrations, cow races, and bandido performances will punctuate this day dedicated to heritage, passion, and authenticity.
With a focus on community, the passing down of traditions, and activities for all ages, this iconic festival promises to bring the village to life with the spirit of the Camargue. An unmissable event to discover the identity of Mas-Thibert and share two days of celebration, connections, and excitement together.
