For 1 week, this modern, light and dynamic one-design racing boat, considered the world's benchmark one-design, will be the star of the Florence Arthaud nautical stadium, which, for the occasion, will rediscover the dynamics and competitive spirit encountered during the 2024 Olympic Games.
For this unprecedented event organized by UNM and Club La Pelle, some 100 crews from the 4 corners of the globe, representing the elite of international amateur sailing, will gather in the southern harbor for what promises to be intense, high-level racing. The competition promises to be exciting and challenging, as the crews will have to bring all their strategic and sporting skills to bear, as the boats in this class are all identical.
For the public, who are invited to come and watch the regattas from the majestic balcony of the Corniche and the Prado beaches, the show promises to be magnificent, recapturing the dynamic atmosphere of the Olympic Games.
