A southern staple, soupe au pistou (pistou soup) will introduce you to the mingled flavors of tomatoes, basil and other herbs. You'll get a real taste of local cuisine! Remember to bring your own bowls and cutlery. Complimentary aperitif!
Every year, the Sospel Rural Community Center organizes this big festival: the "soupe au pistou," a soup that brings together all the flavors of the South. It’s a tradition that we hope will continue for many years to come.
