The Martigues Sailing Club will host one of the summer's sporting highlights with the French Youth Solo and Crew Championships. This 2026 edition marks a major evolution with the integration of the U15 events into the youth championships, now bringing together U15 and U23 sailors in a single national competition.
Nearly 900 young competitors from all over France are expected in Martigues for ten days of regattas and camaraderie.
On the program: Optimist, 29er, 420, ILCA, Nacra 15, O’pen Skiff, RS Feva, Tyka, and Shared Fleet.
Divided into two main parts, the event will showcase the various disciplines of dinghy sailing and crewed sailing.
This new format aims to enhance the appeal of the competitions and foster exchanges between generations of sailors.
With 44 national titles awarded across the 2026 circuit, the competition promises to be particularly intense.
The Martigues coastline will thus become the stage for the performances of France's best up-and-coming sailors.
