Launch of the Micro-Folie theme: "Let's Eat!"

On the first Saturday of every month, Micro-Folie launches its new monthly theme during a day of games, workshops, and social gatherings. 10 a.m.–12 p.m.: Micro-Folie opens 3–6 p.m.: “Micro-Folie Get-Together: Let’s Eat!” - Invitation to local producers and restaurant owners from the valley - Interview with Simone (94) and Yolande (90) about the food from their childhoods - Recipe-writing workshop - Live recipe demonstration by Barbara, followed by a shared tasting.
